Cornell hosted the 29th annual John Reif Memorial on Friday afternoon at the Moakley Course, competing against squads from Syracuse and Cortland. Under sunny skies and in ideal 50 degree temperatures, the Cornell women were dominant, taking eleven of the top 12 places in the 42 woman field. With the tough recent winters and wet summer, the infamous Gorge is no longer run-able but the new course (which has now been in play at most Cornell home meets over the past five seasons) has proven to be extremely spectator friendly.
