PHILADELPHIA The Cornell women had a weekend full of season-defining highlights and competed very well on both days at the Outdoor Heps at Penn's Franklin Field, placing fourth on the strength of five event wins and one second place finish. The team was led by the unanimous winner of the meet's Track Most Outstanding Performer award, junior Udeme Akpaete, who won two individual events in school record fashion and was part of two meet records in the relays to claim a historic four Heps titles on the weekend.
